Here you will find the answers to the most commonly asked questions about our cleaning services.
Every carpet suffers wear and tear, and all sorts of contaminants build up in the fibres, affecting the health of the occupants, especially asthmatics and other allergy sufferers. Ingrained dirt particles add to the degradation of the carpet's fibres, as well as dulling its colours and the build up of unsightly stains that many home carpet cleaners just cannot remove and seem to defy even the most attentive of people. This is no failure on your part - some things just need that little bit extra that only professional experience and investment in the right tools can provide.

We would ask you to move small items, side tables, ornaments etc to another room in order to protect them.
Sofas, settees, arm chairs - we can move as we clean the carpets.
Heavy items such as beds, tv’s and bookshelves we cannot move. We can go round them or underneath them as much as possible.

This varies on the type of carpet fibre, for example wool carpets take longer than man made fibres. Allowing windows to be open will dry them much faster.
You can walk on them straight away but they may remain damp to the touch for several hours.

An alternative to usual hot water extraction, we offer Low Moisture - Quick Dry carpet cleaning.

We offer excellent value for money and work on a fixed price policy. The total cost will vary on number of rooms you want cleaned, whether or not there is any significant staining such as pet urine etc.
The more areas you have cleaned in one visit will be more cost effective. We can, most of the time quote you over the phone or via email.
